After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout when available. Tracking details may take time to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Cavaunory is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, delivery failure, refusal, or inability to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply.
