To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included parts when applicable.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, washed, missing parts, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Before sending any product back, customers must contact Cavaunory at p.price.co@postrelay.space to request return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
